许多人觉得学习英语很困难，许多人认为学习英语很简单，比如00七年中山的一个 同学居然问我，专八哪里报名啊？我也想考……Donata不由昏倒，反诘曰：你知道ling uistics是什么吗？对方一时语塞。 Donata认为，学习英语，应该正本清源，应该死去活来，先把基础的学好了，才能 百尺竿头，更上一步。好了，废话不多说了，先开讲。 讲以前还是要说句废话，祝大家情人节快乐！祝MM情人节快乐，我今天值班不能陪 你了，但我无时不刻不思念着你！ 要说语言学，就先要讲讲语言学的几大分支（main branches of linguistics）。 1.Phonetics语音学 语音学大家一看就知道啦，就是研究怎样发音的学科。(studies speech sounds, inc luding the production of speech, that is how speech sounds are actually made, transmitted and received, the sounds of speech, the description and clssification of speech sounds, w ords and connected speech etc.) 2.Phonology音系学 是不是和语音学很像？注意两者的区别：音系学研究的是发音的标准（studies the rules governing the structure, distribution, and sequencing of speech sounds and the sha pe of syllables.）而语音学研究的是怎么样发音，包括发音的器官，器官如何发音，声 波的属性以及听者如何感知声波。（Phontics is the study of speech sounds that the human voice is capable of creating whereas phonolgy is the study of a subset of thouse sounds that constitute language ansd meaning. The first focuses on chaos while the second focuses on o rder） （donata 友情提示“Chaos”的解释：混乱之治的英文是Renign of Chaos） 3.Morphology形态学 其实形态学讲的是构词法的基础（is concerned with the internal organization of wo rds. studies the minimal units of meaning--morphemes and word-formation processes）。 这里提到了一个重要的概念： morpheme：词素，即最小的有意义的语言单位，以后 dona ta还会详细讲。 以上概念都比较重要，下面简略说一些并不是不重要而是以后要重点说的： 4.Syntax句法 大家可以望文生义。(about principles of forming and understanding correct Englis h sentences。) 5.Semantics语义学 6.Pragmatics语用学 这就是语文中的“这句话在文章中是什么意思”或者“这个词在句子中是什么意思 ” 接下来再说说语言学中几个对立的概念： 1.Descriptive / prescriptive 前者指描写（语言学），就是实际人们说的话，而后者指规定式，即理论上的规则 。 前者：People do say X. 后者：Do say X. 2.Synchronic / diachronic 前者：共时语言学（以固定的观点(通常是现在的观点)看问题），后者是历时语言 学（through the course of its history） 3. Langue / parole 语言/言语,即理论VS人们说的话，相同的还有 Competence / performance，只不过这 两对东西一个是 Saussure提出的，另一个是Chomsky提出的。 -- 我是一个天使， 一个好心的天使， 长满洁白羽毛的翅膀是我的象征， 可是我却找不到我的天堂。 |
