	GPA is not so important as I know, >3.0 is the minimal requirement for most programs,  GRE> 2100 paper test TOEFL>630  you may wanna try to apply for Ph.D. programs in Pharmacology,Pathology,Neurologyand Cell Biology, focus your interest in tumor, AIDS, Cardiovascular disease, ,cause these are very hot area and easy to get fund, and they are also the only advantage medical graduate have over those with biology major  Present yourself as a medical student who's very interested in basic research,and why?  that's the most important thing in our ps. if you can contact some faculty by email, that's good, try to Tao Ci with some Chinese faculty, ask for telephone interview. That'll be helpful Practice your spoken English as much as possible if without lab experience, try to read some basic research papers, get familiar with the lab and terminology, maybe useful
